Heading out towards the river Mersey, this famous Irish pub packs a lot of punch.  Not only does it serve a great pint of Guinness and real ales.  In 2008 it underwent a make-over to further emphasize the authenticity of this traditional Irish pub.

Entertainment in this venue lies in the form of comedy and live bands – held downstairs on the small but cosy intimate stage. The traditional Irish food served here is phenomenal – if a bit on the pricey side.
